Born in Conselheiro Lafaiete, located in a large inland state in southeastern of Brazil, the Brazilian beauty Silmara Ribeiro always had this beautiful smile and a sparkle in her eyes!
She started participating in model contests at age 14, in which it was Look of the year by Elite Models and Ford models contest, both getting into the finals.
In 2006 she moved to Sao Paulo to start her professional career as a model.
It was there that Silmara Ribeiro found her passion for modeling.
In 2007 Silmara did her first international trip to Asia, working in Hong Kong, China, Thailand. Then she moved to Europe and lived in the claimed city of Milan - Italy, and then Greece, Germany, Turkey, Paris.
From city to city and country to country Silmara always searched for her improvement. With the incredible count of 38 countries on her curriculum, she says She is blessed to live that dream!
Silmara has modeled for big-name brands such as Dolce and Gabbana, Valentino, Lorenzo Riva Haute Couture, Santinelle, Levi’s, Sao Paulo Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Le Lis Blanc, Natura cosmetics, Ideal cosmetics, JayGodfrey, Tweezerman, Gottex Swimwear and many more.
She also participated in two miss contests, in which were Miss Minas Gerais and Miss Sao Paulo.
The free, sporty and adventurous girl has been traveling around the world for many years and finally decided to move to New York in 2018 to pursue her dreams in fashion and TV.
